º La enseñanza que impartan los centros educativos bajo contrato, se conformará a los programas que adopte el Gobierno Nacional y será totalmente gratuita. El prelado podrá presentar a consideración del Ministerio de Educación Nacional programas educativos, para las regiones de indígenas más acomodados a sus condiciones socioeconómicas y culturales.
