Art. 59. Los expendedores de papel sellado y estampillas gozarán de un sueldo eventual hasta del 10 por 100 de las ventas que hagan directamente á juicio del Gobierno. En ningún caso tal eventualidad excederá de doscientos pesos mensuales.

Parágrafo

Los Administradores de Circuito, en su carácter de Administradores municipales, no gozarán de esta eventualidad.

El Ministerio de Hacienda podrá variar las asignaciones de que trata este artículo.
