° El Secretario de la Sección de Provisiones del Gobierno Nacional desempeñará también el cargo de Secretario de la Comisión Especial en el ramo de Guerra creada por Decreto legislativo 1876 de 14.de noviembre del corriente año, con una asignación adicional de $ 50 mensuales, que empezará a devengar desde el 20 de noviembre último, fecha desde la cual está prestando sus servicios.
