Iniciación . El procedimiento sancionatorio se iniciará de oficio, a solicitud o información de funcionario público, por denuncia o queja debidamente fundamentoda presentada por cualquier persona, o como consecuencia de haberse tomado previamente una medida preventiva o de seguridad.

Parágrafo

Aplicada una medida preventiva o de seguridad, ésta deberá obrar dentro del respectivo procedimiento sancionatorio.
