º El artículo 4º del Decreto reglamentario 2799 de 1975 quedará así: "Las sociedades anónimas que se encuentren en las condiciones requeridas por el artículo 5º de la Ley 19 de 1976, deberán acreditarlas para los fines del descuento especial establecido en la misma norma, mediante certificación expedida por el revisor fiscal, debidamente inscrito ante la Superintendencia de Sociedades, o Superintendencia Bancaria según el caso".
