º El Ministerio de Guerra, por medio de una resolución, reglamentará la manera como habrán de ser elegidos los diez soldados del Ejército y los dos alumnos de la Escuela Militar de Cadetes, a quienes se deberá premiar con la Medalla Militar Córdoba , conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 7º de la citada Ley 65 de 1928; determinará las formalidades que habrán de llenarse para la entrega y fijará las fechas en que ésta se verifique.
