Los empleos que creen bajo su responsabilidad los Notarios y que requiera el eficaz funcionamiento de las Oficinas a su cargo, serán remunerados por ellos, con sujeción a las leyes laborales y consultando los principios de justicia y de equidad. La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro velará por el cumplimiento de lo aquí dispuesto e intervendrá en los casos necesarios para asegurarle- al trabajador la justa protección a que tiene derecho.
