Art. 1.° La producción y rectificación del aguardiente de caña y sus compuestos quedan gravados en el Departamento, désde el 1.° de Noviembre próximo, con el siguiente impuesto : Tres centavos por cada litro que se produzca. Seis centavos por cada litro que se rectifique. En consecuencia, nadie podrá, sin patente expedida previamente por el Administrador de esta renta, entregarse á aquellas operaciones.
