El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial, sustituye el Capítulo 4 del Libro 2, de la Parte 2, del Título 3 y el Anexo Técnico No. 2 del Decreto número 1066 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Interior y deroga el Decreto 1036 de 2016.
