EJECUTORIA DE LAS PROVIDENCIAS . Las providencias quedarán ejecutoriadas cinco (5) días después de la última notificación hecha a las partes, si contra ellas no procede o no se interpone recurso. Las providencias que decidan los recursos de apelación o de queja, así como la de consulta, quedarán en firme el día en que sean suscritas por el funcionario correspondiente; aquellas que se dicten en audiencia, al finalizar ésta, a menos que procedan o se interpongan los recursos en forma legal.
