º. A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, redúcese del doce por ciento (12%) al nu eve por ciento (9%) el impuesto ad-valorem sobre el producto en moneda extranjera de las exportaciones de café, establecido por el artículo 226 del Decreto-ley 441 de 1967.
