Si la lesión produce desfiguración facial, o deformidad física o perturbación psíquica transitoria, la pena es de dos a siete años de prisión.

Si la desfiguración, o la deformidad, o la perturbación, psíquica son permanentes, la pena es de dos a ocho años de prisión.
