Los Directores Departamentales de Higiene podrán imponer multas a los agentes de la Administración Pública que no les prestaren el apoyo del caso para hacer cumplir lo dispuesto en la Ley y en este Decreto. Dichas multas podrán ser de cinco a cincuenta pesos. Comuníquese y publíquese
