Entrega del recurso de reconsideración. El recurso se entregará en la Dirección Seccional de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales que habrá de resolverlo, o, en su defecto, en una Dirección Seccional ubicada en una ciudad diferente; en todo caso dentro del término legal para su interposición. El funcionario ante quien se hace la entrega dejará constancia en el escrito original, de la fecha en que lo recibe y de los datos que identifiquen a quien lo entrega.
