Cuando en un juicio de sucesión hayan de practicar inventarios y avalúos en el Municipio distinto de aquel en donde reside el juez de la causa, puede el respectivo recaudador disipar los fondos indispensables para la traslación de los peritos, se reúnen estas circunstancias: que los interesados no hayan nombrado peritos vecinos del lugar en donde se hayan bienes que por ese medio se entorpezca el curso del juicio, con menoscabo al impuesto.
