Orden es la Manifestación externa del superior con autoridad que se debe obedecer, observar y ejecutar. La orden debe ser legítima, lógica, oportuna, clara, precisa y relacionada con el servicio o función.

Parágrafo

Cuando un subalterno reciba directa o indirectamente una orden, instrucción o consigna de un superior distinto a su comandante, relacionada con el servicio que está desarrollando, deberá cumplirla y está obligado a informarle inmediatamente a este último.
