El Fiscal General de la Nación mediante acto administrativo interno ajustará la planta de personal de acuerdo con las equivalencias establecidas en presente decreto sin exceder el número total y global de empleos comprendidos en estas denominaciones. La equivalencia de empleos de que trata el artículo anterior en ningún caso conlleva reajuste salarial o prestacional.
