No podrá conocer de una apelación el miembro de la Junta que tenga nexo como accionista, acreedor o deudor, con el apelante. Cuando ocurriere el caso contemplado en el presente artículo, o alguno de los miembros principales faltare a las reuniones a que sean convocadas, el Presidente llamará al respectivo suplente.
