° Adscríbese el ramo de Almacenes Generales de Depósito al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, para el efecto de ejercer sobre aquellos la inspección que le confirió al Gobierno el artículo 2° de la Ley 20 de 1921. Esta inspección la ejercerá el Gobierno por conducto de la Superintendencia Bancaria, que aplicará las disposiciones de la Ley 45 de 1923, en cuanto sean pertinentes para este fin.
