Artículo segundo. El servicio a que se refiere el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo anterior estará sujeto a la reglamentación que para tales casos establezcan los Ministerio de Gobierno o de Guerra, y los estudiantes de medicina que presten dicho servicio rendirán mensualmente un informe de sus labores al Ministerio de Higiene.
