Inobservancia de las medidas . La violación e inobservancia de las medidas adoptas mediante el presente Decreto, dará lugar a la sanción penal prevista en el artículo 368 del Código Penal y a las multas previstas en el artículo 2 8.8.1.4.21 del Decreto 780 de 2016, o la norma que sustituya, modifique o derogue.
