Modificaciones y derogatorias . En virtud del presente decreto se modifica el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 2° del Decreto 1514 de 2010 y se derogan el artículo 4° y el

Parágrafo

del artículo 13 del Decreto 2687 de 2008 y el artículo 5° del Decreto 4670 de 2008. Una vez expedida por la Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas (CREG) la regulación de las subastas de que trata el artículo 2° presente decreto, se derogan los artículos 6°, 7° y 8° del Decreto 2687 de 2008 y los artículos 1° y 2° del Decreto 4670 de 2008; y demás normas que sean contrarias al presente decreto.
