ARTICULO 103. Prohibiciones . No se podrán nombrar en ningún cargo de la personería a los Concejales que hubieren intervenido en la elección del personero, ni al compañero o compañera permanente de los mismos, ni a sus parientes hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad o primero civil. La infracción de lo dispuesto en el presente artículo constituye causal de mala conducta.
