Art. 3°. Para la administracion de estos fondos y direccion de los trabajos del camino, se crea una Junta, que residirá en la dicha ciudad de Chiquinquirá, compuesta de cinco miembros, tres nombrados por el Gobierno de la Union y dos por el del Estado de Boyacá. Los reglamentos que esta Junta dicte relativos á la inversion de los fondos y direccion de los trabajos, serán sometidos á la aprobacion del Gobierno de la Union y del Estado de Boyacá.
