º Una vez cumplido lo establecido en el artículo anterior, el Comando de Departamento de Policía respectivo remitirá a la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional la documentación con concepto sobre la viabilidad de conceder la licencia. La Dirección de la Policía remitirá al Ministerio de Defensa la documentación con el concepto de que trata el artículo 18 del Decreto 848 de 1990 para la expedición de la licencia.
