A falta de estipulación entre las partes, se pagará a los peritos y a los testigos, como honorarios, por inspecciones oculares, lo que el Juez prudencialmente fije, teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza de dictamen, el lugar y las demás circunstancias que hagan más o menos difícil el desempeño del cargo. En el caso especial de intérprete para traducciones, se pagará, sin perjuicio de aumento prudencial decretado por el Juez, a razón de un peso por cada cien palabras traducidas.
