Origen y categorías . Creada mediante Decreto número 812 de 1952, con destino a los miembros de las Fuerzas Militares que presten su contingente en guerras de esta naturaleza. La condecoración tiene dos (2) categorías a saber

Cruz de Hierro;

Estrella de Bronce.
