ARTICULO 2.4.6.3.6 . - EQUILIBRIO PRESUPUESTAL. La Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario determinará las normas aplicables a Finagro que garanticen un equilibrio entre sus disponibilidades y colocaciones. De igual manera, para fijar sus tasas de redescuento tendrá en cuenta que en los presupuestos de ingresos y egresos no se deben contemplar pérdidas.

Parágrafo

- Si de la operación de Finagro resultaren pérdidas, éstas se cubrirán con las utilidades no distribuidas de ejercicios anteriores y, si fuere del caso, con cargo al presupuesto del Ministerio de Agricultura. CAPITULO IV. DE LAS OPERACIONES
