Modifíquese el título de la Parte 4 del Libro 2 y el artículo 2.4.1. del Decreto 1081 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “PARTE 4 DISPOSICIONES ESPECÍFICAS ALUSIVAS A LA AGENCIA NACIONAL INMOBILIARIA VIRGILIO BARCO VARGAS Artículo 2.4.1 Objeto. La Parte 4 de Libro 2 del presente decreto compila las disposiciones reglamentarias expedidas por el señor Presidente de la República en ejercicio del numeral 11 de artículo 189 de la Constitución Política que regulan, en lo pertinente, la actividad de la Agencia Nacional Inmobiliaria Virgilio Barco Vargas”.
