La Junta de que trata el artículo 6o. de la Ley 30 de 1927 estará formada por el Gobernador del Magdalena, que será su Presidente; el Presidente del Consejo Municipal de Santa Marta; el Presidente de la Sociedad Bolivariana de Santa Marta y dos damas nombradas por el Gobernador y escogidas entre las que forman las Juntas Cívicas de Santa Marta.
