° Para la inversión de las partidas que se fijan en el presente Decreto, los Jefes de Departamentos y Secciones del Ministerio de Guerra solicitarán la autorización de la Secretaría, la cual estudiará las peticiones y ordenará a la Sección de Contabilidad y Presupuestos el pago correspondiente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
