Sobre las reglas dadas en este título acerca de la intelijencia i efecto de las disposiciones testamentarias, prevalecerá la voluntad del testador claramente manifestada, con tal que no se oponga a los requisitos o prohibiciones legales.

Para conocer la voluntad del testador se estará más a la sustancia de las disposiciones que a las palabras de que se haya servido.
