º . Prima de alta gestión. Tendrán derecho a percibir mensualmente una prima de alta gestión, a partir del 1º de enero de 2000 y hasta la entrada en vigencia el Decreto 271 del 22 de febrero de 2000

a)

Secretario General y Secretario Administrativo $860.566

b)

Secretario Privado y Asesores Grado 24 $581.269

c)

Cargos Nivel Directivo-Asesor Grado 25, 20% de la asignación básica mensual

Parágrafo

A partir de la entrada en vigencia del Decreto 271 del 22 de febrero de 2000, los siguientes empleos podrán percibir mensualmente una prima de alta gestión equivalente al 20% de la asignación básica mensual: • Contralor Delegado. • Director de Oficina • Secretario Privado • Director • Gerente. La prima de alta gestión de que trata este artículo no constituye factor salarial para ningún efecto legal.
