Créase el artículo 247A cuyo tenor es el siguiente:
Modalidad culposa. Para los delitos previstos en los artículos 189, 190, 191 y 197 y en el capítulo anterior la sanción se disminuirá hasta en la mitad si la conducta se realiza culposamente.
