Cuando se hubiere omitido notificación a persona a quien debió hacerse, se entenderá cumplida para todos los efectos, si ésta hubiere interpuesto recurso contra la respectiva providencia o actuado en diligencia o trámite a que se refiere la decisión no notificada.
