ARTICULO 4.1.3.3.- CONCORDATO PREVENTIVO OBLIGATORIO. Las sociedades emisoras a que hace referencia el artículo 4.1.1.3 del presente Estatuto, continuarán sujetas al régimen de concordato preventivo obligatorio, de conformidad con las normas vigentes. El Superintendente de Sociedades adelantará el proceso concordatario, a petición de parte, en los términos del artículo 50 del Decreto Extraordinario 350 de 1989, así como, cuando con ocasión de informe del Superintendente de Valores, verifique que la sociedad se encuentra en la situación descrita por el artículo 1o. del mencionado Decreto.
