ARTICULO UNICO. La ley puede erigir en Departamento la Intendencia del Meta, aun cuando no tenga el número de habitantes requerido por el artículo 1° del Acto Legislativo número 1° de 1945, sin afectar los territorios de los Departamentos de Cundinamarca, Boyacá y Huila, ni los de las Comisarías de Vichada y Vaupés.
