Articulo 55. Las oficinas que paguen giros provistos de la anotación, aviso de pago, harán firmar por el destinatario un recibo que será remitido, por la vía postal, al remitente del giro respectivo. Cuando el destinatario de tal giro se negare a firmar el acuse de recibo, el giro respectivo se considerara como resultado.
