Separación temporal. El tiempo en que el Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional permanezca separado en forma temporal, no podrá considerarse como de servicio para ninguno de los efectos de este Estatuto. Durante dicho tiempo lo Oficiales y Suboficiales separados no tendrán derecho a sueldo ni prestaciones sociales.
