° El Ministerio de Gobierno podrá acometer la reforma o higienización de los establecimientos de reforma, detención o pena de la República, previa la autorización del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, conforme al Decreto número 2313, de 7 de diciembre de 1934, e imputará los gastos a las apropiaciones respectivas del presupuesto del ramo de Prisiones.
