Prima de Gastos de Representación . Los Oficiales Generales de la Policía Nacional, en servicio activo, tendrán derecho a una Prima mensual de gastos de representación, correspondiente al treinta por ciento (30%) del sueldo básico.

Igualmente tienen derecho a los gastos de representación de que trata este artículo, los Oficiales cuando no sean Generales Y desempeñen los cargos de Director General, Sub-director, Jefe de Estado Mayor de Planeación y Comandantes de Departamento de Policía. El personal a que se refiere este
