Art. 3.º Los sueldos de que trata el artículo 1.º de ésta Ley, y los que resulten del contrato a que se refiere el artículo 2º de la misma, se considerarán incluidos en la Ley de sueldos, para el efecto de que figuren en la liquidación de los respectivos Presupuestos de Gastos.
