La tasación del impuesto de valorización se obtendrá haciendo la diferencia entre el valor del inmueble, según el avaluó fijado en los catastros municipales, antes de recibir el beneficio de irrigación o desecación, y el valor del inmueble después de la ejecución de las obras, y una vez determinado el nuevo avaluó.

Parágrafo

Tanto el Gobierno como el propietario del inmueble pueden solicitar de las juntas de catastro la revisión de los avalúos antes o después de las obras si consideran que no están ajustados a la equidad.
