La subvención a que se refiere el artículo 1.° de esta Ley se cubrirá dé acuerdo con las disposiciones de la Ley 61 de 1896 , y los pagos respectivos se harán por las sumas que correspondan a trayectos de longitud no menor de cinco kilómetros, construidos en sección continua, recibidos a satisfacción del Gobierno y dados al servicio público. No se computarán, para los efectos de la subvención, los apartaderos y las líneas de servicio.
