º. Distribución de cargos . El presidente de la Corporación de la Industria Aeronáutica Colombiana S. A. (CIAC S. A) distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo 4º del presente decreto, mediante acto administrativo, además, ubicará los cargos en las diferentes dependencias y el personal, teniendo en cuenta la estructura, los planes, los programas y las necesidades del servicio de la entidad.
