Los recursos a que tienen derecho los resguardos indígenas por su participación en los ingresos corrientes de la Nación son de su propiedad y sus autoridades decidirán sobre su destinación, de acuerdo con sus usos y costumbres y, en todo caso, de conformidad con lo establecido en el presente Decreto.
