Las Facultades Universitarias podrán conceder, por el presente año, matricula condicional a los reprobados con una calificación mínima de dos y medio en los exámenes verificados hasta la fecha, siempre y cuando que tales reprobados se comprometan a presentarse a los exámenes que tendrán lugar en el próximo mes de abril. La matrícula así concedida se cancelará a aquellos estudiantes que fueren reprobados nuevamente en dichos exámenes.
