Los magistrados que conozcan de los recursos extraordinarios de anulación o revisión estarán impedidos y serán recusables conforme a las reglas generales del Código de Procedimiento Civil y, además, cuando respecto de ellos se configure alguna causal frente a quienes hubieran intervenido como árbitros, secretario o auxiliares de la justicia en el proceso arbitral.
