El suscriptor y suscriptores que no estuvieren conformes con la cesión deberán manifestarlo así a la Superintendencia Bancaria, dentro del término de treinta (30) días, contados desde la última publicación en el periódico oficial. La manifestación deberá hacerse por escrito, con indicación del título correspondiente al suscriptor y expresando las razones de la inconformidad.
