Artículo Único. Autorizase al Gobierno para que, sancionada que sea esta Ley, contrate con el Departamento de Boyacá la compra del edificio de la Penitenciaría de Tunja.

El precio será cubierto en cuatro mensualidades sucesivas, a partir del perfeccionamiento del contrato respectivo.
